Donald Steven Bright
SFC Donald Steven Bright age 73 joined his heavenly Father on Saturday, October 14 2023. He will be deeply missed by his wife Jackie, children Jennifer , David (granddaughter Anna), and Steven (grandchildren Thomas, Jacob (mom Beth) and McKaya (mom Leslie)). Brothers; Paul (Helen) Bright, Ed (Debbie) Bright sisters; Janet (Floy) Rose and Barbara; and the many nieces, nephews and cousins. Steve was preceded in death by his parents Woodrow Bright and Opal Taylor, his brothers; Frank and Dottie Bright and Bob Bright. Steve will be deeply missed by his Church Family at Trinity Christian Church.
Steve proudly served in the Army for 20 years, Special Forces, MP, CID, Sentry Dog handler and Armed Force Police. Steve was co-owner of J&S Locksmith for 37 years. Steve was also a member of Lebanon Lodge 391, Shriners, Scottish Rite, York Rite, Sons of the American Revolution and National Sojourners. Steve was a life member of North Carolina Locksmith Association. Steve served on the NC Licensing Board.
